Be specific with your instructions
Instead of "organize my files", try "sort files into folders by file type: Documents, Images, and Spreadsheets". The more detail you provide, the better the results.
Break complex tasks into steps
For multi-step operations, describe them in order: "First rename all PDFs based on their content, then move them into folders by year." This helps the AI plan and execute correctly.
Describe the expected output
Tell SideDoc what the end result should look like. For example: "Merge all CSV files into a single Excel file with one sheet per CSV, keeping headers on each sheet."
Use snapshots as a safety net
